Madness!

This movie is simply a bucket of lolz. But in a good way! :) I have a feeling that all of John Waters’ films have a strange, kooky, demented look and feel to it. This isn’t my first time watching Cry Baby but it felt like it was since I wasn’t as into Johnny Depp back then.

Johnny Depp is gorgeous. Seriously. Even if he looked stupid dancing and lip synching to bad 50s music, he’s hot. He looked so awkward and funny, especially when the screen cuts to a close up of him with a single tear rolling down. Priceless! And the French kissing scene. lol. In my opinion, Allison is a cross between that girl in Chasing Amy.. and Renee Zellweger whining/singing on top of Empire Records. Not a pretty picture.

John Waters has a brilliant mind. His characters are insanely wonderful.
